500kVA UK Built Perkins / Stamford Diesel Generator

We at Excel Power Ltd have been designing and exporting diesel generator sets for years now but we have not recently sent anything to Bangladesh. When we worked for other companies, many now swallowed up by larger corporations or dissolved (Slington Ltd, Scada Systems UK Ltd, Dawson Keith Ltd) we were regularly despatching generators to Chittagong.
Well this all changed recently when we were contracted to design, build and ship a high quality 500kVA diesel generator for a prestigious project in Dhaka.


 
Here are a few pictures taken during the customer's inspection visit. We are looking forward to sending a few more soon.
